The Covenant's corporate history dates back to 1991. The company started with operations in both the medical billing and insurance businesses.

The company's focus and mission since 2000 has been to provide cost containment products and services as well as data management and technology services - with the objective of reducing costs and increasing efficiencies for our clients. These are key components necessary for improving the bottom line of our clients - which is critical in today's challenging and competitive business environment.

The Covenant serves the Group Health, Workers Compensation and Auto Liability markets.
